How to analysis the Google Crawl stats report, below are the steps. Step1: You need to navigate to "Settings" > Crawl Stats Step2: Here is a lot of information about how Google crawls your site Helpful for SEO auditing—because, while not a replacement—many of us don't have access to crawl logs (Or else, we have to request with Web developer to get site log access). Google helpful content update - Better ranking of original and quality content

This has always been Google's vision and we as SEOs have always tried to cut corners. 1.Update after update there were less corners to cut and this seems like a fatal blow to all those SEOs left who try to save on using real expertise, authority and trust. 2.With the rollout of the helpful content update, the only tried and tested way to win is: Your content should be high quality, written by real experts - AI generated content could potentially lose ground and the author's experience (and you showcasing it via author "cv" pages) is more important than ever The products you're writing about should be tried and tested - be VERY transparent about your methodology, tell people how you've gathered the information and what makes it trustworthy No more aggregated reviews - your review must be original and not formulated from different sources. You must bring something original to the table 3."Our testing has found it will especially improve results related to ...

Old SEO vs New SEO mindset

Old: Google Keyword Planner is gospel. Prune content, and avoid cannibalization at all cost. Domain authority. Build backlinks. Build links from high Domain Rating sites. Avoid zero search keywords at all cost. Programmatic SEO is blackhat, low quality, and doesn’t serve the users. Publish few super-long “skyscraper” posts to try to outrank your competitors for big, fat head terms. Go after KWs with the highest search volume. New: All KW tools are inaccurate and should not determine whether you publish a post on a particular topic or not. Since 15% of all searches every month are new anyway, and 45% of search terms are hidden in Search Console, following keyword research tools blindly over understanding the target audience is a slippery slope. Having more than 1 position in SERPs for the same search term with different content = more real estate you take up in Google. Aggressive pruning just to avoid cannibalization can do more harm than good unless you invest tons of time into a...

Image
When Our Google Ad Agency started bidding on Keywords with High Organic CTR: The Impact on Organic Traffic In recent times, we started running Google ads for our website. Unfortunately, we noticed a heavy drop in overall organic traffic and a decrease in organic clicks. This led us to question the reason behind this decline. Upon analyzing our Google Search Console tool, we discovered that the Google Search traffic had dropped, particularly for the "home page and brand keywords". We confirmed that this drop was not site-wide and was specifically related to these keywords. Further research revealed that our paid campaign start date, brand keyword bidding, and the start date of drops in organic traffic for both brand and non-brand keywords were contributing factors. Our analysis showed a -26% difference in clicks for a particular brand keyword, as found in the Google Search Console.   Organic Clicks Difference : Our analysis of the Google Search Console tool revealed a drop in...
